# Affiliate disclosure

> How PhotoAIBench may earn money from affiliate links, how those links are labeled, the rules that keep commissions out of test results, and the current list of relationships.

By PhotoAIBench. Updated 7 October 2026. Canonical URL: https://photoaibench.com/affiliate-disclosure/

## The short version

Some links on PhotoAIBench may become affiliate links. If you buy through one, the company pays PhotoAIBench a commission, at no extra cost to you. Every such link is labeled **"(paid link)"** right beside it, and any page with one says so at the top, before the first link.

## Current relationships

This list is generated from the same partner registry the site uses to build its links, so it always matches what the pages do.

| Company | Relationship | Program page |
|---|---|---|
| Topaz Labs | None: links are plain, unpaid links | [Topaz Labs program](https://topazlabs.com/affiliates/) |
| Pixelcut | None: links are plain, unpaid links | [Pixelcut program](https://www.pixelcut.ai/affiliate) |
| PicWish | None: links are plain, unpaid links | [PicWish program](https://picwish.com/affiliate) |
| Aiarty (Digiarty) | None: links are plain, unpaid links | [Aiarty (Digiarty) program](https://www.aiarty.com/partners/affiliate/) |

Every other company named on this site pays PhotoAIBench nothing.

## Rules

1. **Labels sit beside the link.** Every paid link carries a visible "(paid link)" label next to it and is marked `rel="sponsored"` for search engines. A footer note is not enough, and the site doesn't rely on one.
2. **Commissions don't decide results.** Which tools are tested, how they are tested and scored, and the order of every results table are set by the [methodology](/methodology/), not by who pays. Tools that pay nothing are tested the same way.
3. **No paid placement.** Companies cannot pay to be tested, included, ranked, described or left out.
4. **Recommendations come with their conditions.** Where a page suggests a tool, it says what that tool is good and bad at, and when a free option does the job.
5. **No fake reviews or results.** PhotoAIBench publishes no testimonials, never uses AI-generated reviews, and publishes no score that was not measured.
6. **Free tools stay free.** The resizer and the comparison tool need no account or purchase.

These rules follow the US Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides and the FTC rule on consumer reviews and testimonials (16 CFR Part 465).

## Questions
